It works, but don't scold your pet. Praise him.
It really worked. I have a 5yr old 65lb. Mixed breed hound. He's a smart and obedient, most of the time, but constantly barked when alerting me and my family to any stranger, or activity around our property and our home.

With this device, he now stops for a moment, looks back at me, and I praise him for stopping the barking, and he returns to my side without continuing to bark. It took about 3 times for this process to stick. It amazes me. He still wants to alert us, when he sees or hears something, so I keep the device close by. Once I press the button, he stops, turns back to me, and doesn’t continue to bark.

It DOES work!
I was skeptical about this gadget, but was pleasantly surprised that my dog who loves to bark at nothings in the night quickly stopped barking when I pressed the "Light" button. We are very pleased w/this bark stopper. Only negative is that the little hand loop broke on the 2nd day. It was very flimsy and thin. I knew it wouldn't last when I saw it. I would still recommend this gadget, though, because it does what it's designed to do. Don't really need the hand loop.

This works amazingly well!
Bought this for my dog who has some anxiety issues and hates it when someone comes walking by the property. When he is that worked up, he doesn't listen to command to be quiet or get away from door or windows.

First time I used it I sternly said NO which he didn't listen to as he was already worked up. I gave it a very quick click and he immediately stopped and turned to me. I told him to back away from the windows and calm down...which he did! I certainly got his attention. Since that first time I think I've only used it twice since then. Usually if he sees me grabbing for it he will immediately calm down (and I praise him like crazy for doing as he should).

Great customer service
Had to send the first shipment back due to a product defect. Return was smooth and easy. Replacement product is working great. Please keep in mind that any kind of dog training takes time so be patient with this product and make sure you follow the directions.

Recommend, and not detrimental
Definitely recommend! I have the most horrible attachment to my dog. If I leave a room or leave her in the car she will bark for 40 minutes straight if not more. I have had this thing for a week now and it works amazingly. Now when she just sees the light, she takes off and quits barkin

It works!!!
I really didn't think this would work but it does - every time! Worth every penny. It's not necessary to hold the button down for long to get a response. I tap the button quickly and that’s enough to to let him know that "no" means no.
Highly recommend! Actually I am going to buy another one.

Very efficient
I'm highly scared of dogs. There is always a dog on the loose in our neighborhood, which always freaks my out. We have brought this on our walks every evening since we received it and so far dogs have not been approaching us.

Worth the money!!!
When I opened the box, this looked like another useless piece of trash. I was wrong! This stops my two little yappers in their tracks! I love my dogs but not their high pitched barking. You CAN teach an old dog a new trick. Never thought it would work, but for me, it did. Two thumbs up!
